Two new wildlings take over the pirate ship and steer you towards Vegan Island. On this day there will only be dishes from two of the most famous and award-winning vegan chefs in the German-speaking world - Günter and Regina Schlotterer.
Wild Regina is a naturopath with knowledge of herbs and mushrooms and her dishes are legendary and particularly harmoniously seasoned. Wild Günter has been an organic vegan for 45 years and has been able to learn Indian and Ayurvedic cooking directly from a yogi from India over many years in Germany, directly from a lineage that goes back over 100 years. Thousands of guests have been very happy and enthusiastic in the 10 years of the "Bio Vegan Tempel" gourmet restaurant in Singen.
